The client approached us with the need to build a set of holistic courses on the basics of Product Management, Design Thinking, Creativity, Innovation and related topics for their EMBA (Executive MBA) cohorts. The cohorts consisted of senior professionals from the industry looking to accelerate and shift their careers to the space of product management.
How we rose to the challenge
The instructional design team, along with the client’s team, brainstormed and ideated on a comprehensive design for the courses, which touched upon important aspects of product management and ways to make a career as a product manager.
The set of courses was deployed in two phases. In the first phase, the course was divided into short modules and delivered by industry veterans, the institute’s co-founders and domain experts. Clearly Blue Bodh coordinated the pre-shoot learning design with the domain experts, as well as the shoot at the institute premises. The courses were packed with infographics and exercises to make assimilation of the topics more interesting, and aimed at improving real-life problem solving and product management skills of the target audience to enable their transition into the field smoother.
- 13 courses on Product Management Fundamentals, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Marketing, Design Thinking and other topics were delivered on time and within budget.
- The institute used the courses to establish an e-learning library used extensively by students during the pandemic and later.
