The Ask
The client wanted to build a Design Thinking course for Product/Growth/Marketing Managers, Product heads, Consultants, Executive Officers,UX/Graphic/Web Designers, Educators, Corporate Trainers, and Researchers. The course was to be designed for learners with experience, ideally over 5 years.
How we rose to the challenge
Clearly Blue, in collaboration with a subject matter expert (SME), built a course called ‘Design Thinking for Strategic Innovation’ which aimed at efficient problem solving keeping customer needs and business viability in mind, and using all available technological innovations.
The course was designed in two modes – live virtual classroom learning and online self-paced learning. Course components such as self-learning videos, case studies, e-books, and LVC activities were worked into a comprehensive course designed to meet the learning needs of the target groups.
